Disney Vacation Club has expanded the recent Friends and Family incentives to include new purchases and add-on at the Bay Lake Tower. These added incentives amount to an additional $2 per point reduction in the purchase price along with a $500 prepaid Visa card.
The Friends and Family promo rates are available only to buyers who are referred by an existing DVC member. Current prices for the Bay Lake Tower are reported at $130 base price less a $13 discount for new purchases of 160+ and add-ons of 100 or more points.
With the added Friends and Family promo, the incentive increases to $15 per point and buyers will receive a $500 prepaid Visa card with that minimum purchase.
Disney's Animal Kingdom VIllas, Saratoga Springs and the Aulani resort in Hawai'i are also eligible for this incentive program. Rates are as follows:

Bay Lake Tower: $130 base price less $15 discount = $115 per point net price PLUS $500 prepaid Visa
Animal Kingdom Villas: $120 base price less $20 discount = $100 per point net price PLUS $500 prepaid Visa
Saratoga Springs: $120 base price less $20 discount = $100 per point net price PLUS $500 prepaid Visa
Aulani: $120 base price less $14 discount = $106 per point net price PLUS $500 prepaid Visa
Current Member Add-on (100+ points)

Buyers who contracted to purchase at higher prices within the last 10 calendar days may still be eligible for these lower discounts. All Florida timeshare purchases give buyers 10 days to rescind the purchase and cancel the contract. Essentially buyers who are still within their rescission period can cancel the existing agreement, obtain a referral from a member, and request that the contract be re-written under the more favorable terms. Rescission terms for Aulani may vary.
