Last week Disney Vacation Club took the lid off of a "Friends and Family" promo which saves buyers an extra $2 per point. Now they've upped the ante with a $500 prepaid Visa card, an incentive available to both new and current members.
For a very limited time, new members buying 160 or more points at select resorts and current members adding 100 points or more will receive a $500 Visa card as a purchase incentive. This promotion applies to points at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas, Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa and Disney's Aulani Resort in Hawai'i.
Costs are as follows:
New Member Purchase (160+ points)
Animal Kingdom Villas: $120 base price less $20 discount = $100 per point net price PLUS $500 prepaid Visa
Saratoga Springs: $120 base price less $20 discount = $100 per point net price PLUS $500 prepaid Visa
Aulani: $120 base price less $14 discount = $106 per point net price PLUS $500 prepaid Visa
Current Member Add-on (100+ points)
