In addition to its new Disney Dream cruise incentive, Disney Vacation Club has also updated incentive pricing for those who would prefer to save some cold hard cash on their DVC points. Among the noteworthy changes are tiered pricing for the Bay Lake Tower with incentives up to $12 off per point.
After several months of flat $5 discounts on the Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort, Disney Vacation Club is now offering tiered discounts which increase with the number of points purchased. Discounts start at $6 per point (from the $120 base price) for new member purchases of 160+ and add-ons of 50 or more points. The Bay Lake Tower discounts top-out at $12 per point for new purchases of 320 or more and add-ons of 250+.
At the Animal Kingdom Lodge, the low-level incentive has actually decreased from $15 per point to $10 per point for new buys of 160+ and add-ons of 50+. However new member can get that $15 discount with a purchase of 200 or more points. Current members will save $12 per point on 100-124 points and $15 on 125 or more points.
Prices at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort--and the Treehouse Villas--are identical to the Animal Kingdom Villas.
