Disney Aware of DVC ADR Issues

WDW Dining News

Earlier this week Walt Disney World unveiled a new feature on their website which allows guests to secure their Advance Dining Reservations on-line.  Under the ADR program guidelines guests registered at Walt Disney World resorts--including Disney Vacation Club members--are eligible to book up to 10 days' worth of reservations when within 90 days of their arrival.  However the new reservation system is not recognizing DVC reservation information and thus not allowing members the full "90+10" booking window.

DVCNews.com contacted DVC spokesperson Diane Hancock who confirmed that Disney is aware of the issues.  Ms. Hancock stated that some gaps in the system "have been identified and we are actively working towards solutions."

Until resolved, DVC members can contact the Disney Reservation Center beginning at 7am Eastern or Disney Vacation Club Member Services daily at 9am to book under the 90+10 guideline.  Members can also use the on-line system to book ADRs 90 days in advance of the meal date without need to enter any reservation information.
