Beginning March 20, 2023, Disney's Genie+ service will include complimentary digital downloads of on-ride photos generated by the PhotoPass service. More than a dozen Walt Disney World attractions support attraction photos which are later made available in the My Disney Experience smartphone app.

Genie+ is an optional product which allows guests to reserve ride times for shorter waits at their favorite attractions. Pricing is set on a day-by-day basis, and currently ranges from $15-29 per person, per day.

Also on March 20, Annual Passholders will receive access to Disney PhotoPass lenses and a complimentary Cinderella Castle Mural of Memories experience.

Lastly on April 18, 2023, Annual Passholders will no longer be required to make a Park Pass reservation to enter a Walt Disney World theme park after 2:00pm. The exception to this is Magic Kingdom park on Saturdays and Sundays, which will still require reservations.

Disney's Park Pass system was introduced in 2020 to limit theme park crowds during the COVID-19 pandemic. Since the lifting of social distancing and other safety requirements, Disney has insisted that Park Pass remains an important part of their desire to improve the guest experience by limiting attendance.

Disney had previously announced the return of complimentary self parking for Disney hotel guests. This move did not directly impact Disney Vacation Club members who were not subject to nightly parking fees.
