This popular after hours event, which is at the Magic Kingdom, will be held on 29 nights between September 2, and October 31, 2016:

October 2, 4, 6, 7, 10, 11, 13, 14, 16, 18, 20, 21, 23, 25, 27, 28, 30, 31
Last year, Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party was held on 25 nights and did not begin until September 15.
Disney has not announced when the tickets will go on sale or the price of the tickets. Last year, the tickets went on sale in early April. In the past, Disney Vacation Club members have received discounts of about $4-5 off the advance purchase rate and $9-11 off the same-day pricing.
This will be the first Halloween Party since Disney established new costume guidelines for Park guests late last year. While costumed attire may be worn, guests ages 14 and older are strongly discouraged from wearing layered costumes or costume props that surround the entire body as they may be subject to additional security screening. Additionally, costumes may not contain any weapons that resemble or could easily be mistaken for an actual weapon.
