Wednesday April 5 is the official launch date for new buyers wishing to own points at Copper Creek Villas & Cabins. As usual, new owners will pay a bit more than existing members adding to their holdings.
The base price of $176 remains unchanged but incenties for Copper Creek will vary depending upon the size of the purchase.
For new owners, the incentives don't apply unless they purchase a minimum of 175 points. In return for that investment of more than $30,000, Disney Vacation Club will discount the purchase by $1250. The Developer Credit grows with the number of points, and does not match the current owner credit until buyers reach the 250 point threshold.

This pricing is expected to remain in place until May 31, 2017.

DVC points can also be acquired via resale agents like The Timeshare Store. However, resale purchases may leave buyers ineligible for "Membership Magic" perks and benefits.
Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney's Wilderness Lodge is expected to open on July 17, 2017.
