Take a closer look at the interior of the refurbished Treehouse Villas at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort.
The Saratoga Springs Treehouse Villas are the latest Disney Vacation Club property slated for refurbishment. Taking place in stages throughout 2026, the project will update most aspects of all 60 treehouses with new color schemes, flooring, appliances, furniture and more.

The main living area is home to a pull-out sleeper sofa which sleeps two guests. The twin sleeper chair has been replaced with two side chairs. The flat panel TV remains discretely embedded in the kitchen island.

The fully equipped kitchen features a range and oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The unit also features cookware and dishes for up to 9 guests. A dining table (pictured at the top) has seating for 6, with three additional stools placed at the island.

Artwork throughout the unit displays images of Disney characters and wildlife.

The master bedroom features a queen size bed with flanking nightstands. The room also has its own dresser and a large television. The en suite bathroom has a large vanity and walk-in shower.

A second bedroom is also equipped with a queen bed, nightstands, dresser and TV. A second full bathroom is nearby, to be shared with other occupants of the villa.

Finally, a third bedroom is host to twin bunk beds. New to this room is the addition of a pull-down twin which brings the total occupancy to 9 guests. The twin sleeper replaces the pull-out chair formerly located in the living room.

The Treehouse Villas will be renovated in phases during the coming months, with small groups of buildings blocked from guest use. The entire project is expected to be completed by the end of 2026.
