There isn't much construction visible in this pre-opening report, coming just over a month before Disney's Riviera Resort will open to members.
Signs of workers are few and far between. In the photos below, crews can be seen putting finishing touches on the rooftop restaurant and the Riviera Pool. But most exterior work is complete and the Skyliner station is operational.

Disney's Riviera Resort is the fifteenth Disney Vacation Club property. It is scheduled to open on December 16, 2019.
