Disney Vacation Club has updated the points chart for Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows to include the units located inside the new Island Tower building.
With exactly three months remaining before the new addition makes its debut, Disney has finally published the point values for rooms located in Island Tower.
The new chart features values for the older room types including Deluxe Studio rooms with Standard and Preferred View located in the Moorea, Pago Pago and Tokelau longhouses. It also lists prices for the two bedroom watertop Bungalows which line the shores of the Seven Seas Lagoon.

Newly added are Duo Studio, Deluxe Studio, One Bedroom, Two Bedroom and Two Bedroom Penthouse Villas in Island Tower. Rooms are priced for four different views which are defined as:
- Theme Park: includes at least a partial view of Magic Kingdom Park
- Premium: includes at least partial views of the Seven Seas Lagoon
- Preferred: includes at least a partial view of lakes, pools or golf course
- Standard: other areas of the resort such as gardens or parking areas
Deluxe Studio rooms with a Standard and Preferred view are priced identically in both the longhouses and Island Tower. Theme Park views cost approximately 20-25% more points than the correponding Preferred view.
One Bedroom villas are approximately twice the cost of the corresponding Deluxe Studio while Two Bedroom villas are just shy of 3x the cost of a studio. The Two Bedroom Penthouse Villas are the most expensive new accommodation. Located on the top floors of Island Tower, these rooms are very limited in supply and priced accordingly. The Theme Park View penthouses come in just a little under the cost of a watertop Bungalow while the Preferred view penthouses looking toward the monorail and golf courses offer some additional savings.

Note that while Deluxe Studio rooms with Standard and Preferred are priced identically at both Island Tower and the longhouses, the longhouse rooms sleep up to 5 guests while Island Tower is capped at 4.
