Fan Favorite Menu Items Return to 'Ohana

Polynesian Villas

For the second time since its July reopening, the popular restaurant at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort has made changes to its dinner menu.

Polynesian Ohana

The outcry over removal of noodles from the menu at 'Ohana was too much for Disney to ignore. Several days after the reopening announcement--and publication of a noodle-less menu--Disney relented and brought back the pasta.

Now similar lobbying has prompted return of the chicken and shrimp skewers. Sort of.

The skewers themselves are still gone, but the grilled chicken and peel-and-eat shrimp are back. Now served in small skillets, the food preparation is largely unchanged.

The Spicy Peel-n-Eat Shrimp and Grilled Chicken are just two of the main courses which also include an Oven-roasted Sirloin Steak and a Teriyaki-glazed Steak. The food is billed as all-you-can-eat and served family style. Dinner also includes scones and cheddar bacon biscuits, salad, noodles, rice, dessert and more. It is currently priced at $55 per adult and $33 per child plus tax and gratuity.
