The first sales hand-out for the new Disney Vacation Club property is now available to view. Contained within are room descriptions for both the Deluxe Studio villas and the Bungalows, along with some new artwork that has not been previously released. First the Deluxe Studio villa:
THE NEWLY REDESIGNED DELUXE STUDIO
blends vibrant Polynesian style with the magic of Disney. There are whimsical touches throughout, including colorful artwork inspired by Disney legend and artist, Mary Blair, and hidden Mickeys within the intricately patterned carpet.
The Deluxe Studio features one queen-size bed, one queen-size sleeper sofa, and one pull-down bunk-size bed, as well as extra storage space for all your vacation needs.
Your room includes a kitchenette and a split bathroom, with a full-size tub on one side and a walk-in shower with rain showerhead on the other. There is a tray ceiling and crown molding, a flat-panel TV in the bedroom/living area, and a private patio or balcony.

THE SPECTACULAR TWO-BEDROOM BUNGALOWS, our first-ever over-the-water Disney accommodations, are reachable by wooden walkways above Seven Seas Lagoon. Bungalows are the perfect retreat for family and friends, each with one king-size bed, one queen-size bed, one queen- size sleeper sofa, and two pull-down bunk-size beds.
A BUNGALOW INCLUDES A FULL KITCHEN
with modern appliances and volcanic rock-inspired countertops, a washer and dryer, and two bathrooms. The master bathroom includes an in-mirror TV, a whirlpool tub, and a walk-in shower with rain showerhead.
All finishes are based on natural and organic materials, including distressed wood flooring, cloth-textured wall covering, and exposed wood ceiling beams.
Gaze out at Seven Seas Lagoon and Cinderella Castle from the private deck that runs the width of the Bungalow, and take a dip in your very own plunge pool.
Take a seat on the deck furniture to enjoy the magnificent view of the Magic Kingdom® Park fireworks, while private speakers play accompanying music.

Sales of Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows begin on Monday, January 12, 2015 to current Disney Vacation Club members. Non-members can purchase beginning on February 9.
