The popular restaurant at Disney's Beach Club Resort is returning to its roots with buffet service in the morning hours.
When Cape May Cafe reopened in May 2021, the buffet presentation was replaced with pre-plated, family style food service. Beginning February 15, 2022, the buffet will return with familiar favorites.
At breakfast selections include the omelette station, pull-apart bread and Mickey Mouse waffles. For dinner, the seafood buffet returns featuring peel and eat shrimp, mussles, clams, a "catch of the day" and more.
Cape May Cafe joins a number of other Walt Disney World eateries which have seen buffets reopen in recent months. The buffet at Magic Kingdom's Crystal Palace is back up and running, as is Boma - Flavors of Africa at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge.
Character meet-and-greets are still unavailable at Cape May Cafe.
Reservations are currently available 60 days in advance.
