The popular pool complex at Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resorts will soon reopen to hotel guests and Disney Vacation Club members.
When the Disney Vacation Club resorts reopened back in June, many resort amenities and restaurants were made available to guests. One of the noteworthy omissions was Stormalong Bay pool at the Yacht and Beach Club Resorts, which has remained closed. Word has now come down that Stormalong Bay will make its post-Covid debut on August 24, 2020.
Disney's Yacht Club Resort has been host to several National Basketball Association teams as they resume their season at Disney's Wide World of Sports complex. Six of the 22 teams will soon be leaving the NBA bubble as the league's playoffs begin.
Yacht Club is also set to reopen to cash guests on August 24.
Disney's Beach Club Villas have been available to DVC owners since June 22. There is currently no reopening estimate for the remainder of the Beach Club resort.
