Located just a short walk from Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort, Steakhouse 71 is set to open on October 1 with dining reservations available beginning on September 16.

Some would call it a hidden gem, but The Wave...of American Flavors was one of the less trafficked dining venues at Walt Disney World. Management hopes to reverse that trend by rebranding the location as Steakhouse 71, introducing an entirely new cuisine to guests at Disney's Contemporary Resort

Serving three meals per day, the venue hopes to relieve some pressure from nearby Contempo Cafe, Chef Mickey's and the popular California Grill. The menu offers a wide variety of options at each meal with plant-based and allergy-friendly selections. Billed as a family-friendly venue, there are no published dress code restrictions for Steakhouse 71
