Boma - Flavors of Africa located at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge Jambo House will reopen on August 20.
Walt Disney World has revealed that buffet restaurant Boma is set to reopen on Friday, August 20, 2021. Reservations will be accepted beginning on Wednesday, August 18.
While Disney has not confirmed the style of dining that will be provided, there are rumors that it will reopen in its prior buffet format. This would be the first Walt Disney World buffet to return to service. Other previous buffet locations like Chef Mickey's and Trail's End Restaurant have converted to family style, large-platter meals since their return from the COVID-19 shutdown.
Menus currently published on the Boma Disney Dining website reflect the buffet dining experience. Rates are listed as $29 per adult, $16 per child for breakfast and $49 per adult, $27 per child for dinner. Menus and pricing are subject to change.
