Walt Disney World's FastPass+ system allows guests to reserve ride times for 3 attractions up to 60 days in advance. But why stop at just 3 FastPasses? With careful planning, you can actually obtain a whole lot more than that.
Back in December of 1999, I was visiting a dear friend of mine in Los Angeles. An employee in the movie division of The Walt Disney Company, he was thoughtfully taking my wife and I to Disneyland, using his employee benefit of free admission. There, we met another friend, a Santa Monica attorney, and proceeded to spend the day at the Happiest Place on Earth. Oddly, this day would take me down a path that would eventually lead to my becoming an unlikely fan of Universal Studios.
One of the joys of Disney Vacation Club membership is that you get to spend more time at the resorts than anyone else. Your ownership interest comes with the privilege of returning to Disney a lot at a much more affordable price, basically the cost of your maintenance fees after you’ve paid off the initial purchase. And that means you get to enjoy Disney in a way that few do.
All of the participants in the Disney Vacation Club are amazing resorts with plenty of positives. None of them offers the pure showiness of Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas, though. These twin resorts, Kidani Village and Jambo House, provide a singularly unique visitor experience.
