It is opening day for the Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa.  Disney Vacation Club President Jim Lewis and Disneyland President Ed Grier are on hand for the grand opening ceremony, and DVCNews.com is covering all of the festivities.

The grand opening of the Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel is just nine days away.  With construction largely complete, let's take a look at the current state of the resort and all of the new bits of information we accumulated during the D23 Expo.

On September 23, 2009 Disney Vacation Club will open its tenth property--the Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel.  To help members celebrate the newest (and smallest) DVC property, Disney will host a webcast providing an inside look at the brand new resort. Also highlighed will be special incentive pricing available only during the webcast.
