First VGC Deeds Recorded

Orange County (CA) has begun recording deeds for the first wave of buyers at the Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel.  Disney Vacation Club purchases are real estate transactions and thus are a matter of public record.  Deeds can be located on the Orange County Recorder website at http://cr.ocgov.com/grantorgrantee/index.asp
