Disney Vacation Club will be live streaming grand opening ceremonies for The Villas at Disneyland Hotel on Thursday, September 28, 2023. UPDATE: In case you missed it, a full replay of the live stream is available.
New DVC tower on the eve of its grand opening
The live stream is scheduled for 10:30am Pacific, 1:30pm Eastern time. It can be accessed at the link HERE.
Shortly after its conclusion, a full replay was posted to the streaming site. The stream runs approximately 12 minutes, featuring comments from DVC Senior VP and General Manager Bill Diercksen, as well as Disneyland Hotel General Manager Dan Coleman. Broadway performer Kissy Simmons was also on hand for a live performance, surrounded by Disney characters like Anna and Elsa from 'Frozen' and Tiana from 'The Princess and the Frog', films which are featured in the resort's guest room decor.
Throughout the weekend, DVC is hosting a series of open house events for members wishing to tour the new facility. Advance registration was required and the event has reached full capacity.
