This summer, Disney Vacation Club members will have the opportunity to appear in a photo mosaic set to debut at The Villas at Disneyland Hotel.
From July 7 to August 18, photo booths will be installed at select Disney Vacation Club destinations. At these booths, members will have an opportunity to take personal photos to be printed as keepsakes and included in a photo mosaic slated for the newest DVC resort. Booths are scheduled to be available at the following locations:
- Disney Vacation Club Star View Station – a Member Lounge at Disneyland Park
- Disney Vacation Club Member Lounge at EPCOT
- Disney Springs Town Center
- Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa
Members who do not have plans to visit these locations during the photo period will have an opportunity to participate from home. Additional details will be posted at the website memberstorysnaps.com
Photos will be included in a mural set to be unveiled during the September 28 grand opening of The Villas at Disneyland Hotel.
Disney Vacation Club has presented similar opportunities at other resorts, like the personalized tapestries hanging in Kidani Village at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas and the fountain tiles at Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort. However those perks were limited exclusively to new buyers at the resorts.
It is not known what form the mosaic will take or how long it will be presented at the resort.
