The Disney Vacation Club is sending surveys to some members (including our own ghost1000) to solicit feedback regarding future resort destinations.
The potential destinations being presented to members are Los Cabos, Las Vegas and Lake Tahoe. The survey asks members to comment on their personal interest level in each destination, and rate how their addition would impact satisfaction with the DVC program.
These destinations have been mentioned previously in association with the Disney Vacation Club. In November 2007, DVC head Jim Lewis spoke at a meeting organized by the Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce. At that time, the Orlando Sentinel reported that Lewis was investigating future expansion sites in the Caribbean and the state of Nevada--specifically Lake Tahoe.
