Disney Vacation Club owners at select resorts can now earn higher returns when renting their points 11 months out through David's Vacation Club Rentals.
Due to large demand for rentals at certain DVC properties, David's Vacation Club Rentals has increased prices--and member returns--for rentals secured prior to the 7-month window. Owners renting-out their points at eligible properties will receive $13 per point when rented 8-11 months prior to arrival.

Rentals for other Home resorts, as well as rentals made with the above resort points less than 7 months prior to arrival will continue to return $11 per point.
