Disney Vacation Club will not be adjusting the points charts for the year 2020 after all. 

Disney Vacation Club has confirmed that points for Disney's Riviera Resort purchased via resale will only be valid for stays at that resort or for trades to other timeshares via RCI. 

Disney Vacation Club has confirmed plans to restrict future resale buyers from accessing certain resorts within the program.
