DVC has set December 4 as the date of the 2007 Condominium Association Meeting. The meeting will be held at an as-yet-undetermined time and location somewhere on Walt Disney World property. This is the first time in recent memory in which DVC has opted to hold a consolidated meeting covering all 8 of the DVC properties. In years past DVC has held separate meetings for each of the Vacation Club resorts over the course of several days.
During the Condo Association Meeting, the resort budgets for 2008 will be finalized and any amendments to the association rules are ratified by the board. DVC members do not have voting authority and are unable to participate in this portion of the meeting. However, DVC representatives will often field questions from members at the conclusion of the meeting, providing members with a rare opportunity to directly interact with upper management.
