Modified operating hours at the Disney Vacation Club offices and Annual Pass blockout dates are just a few of the changes members should be aware of around the Christmas and New Year's holidays.
Following is a list of services which may be interrupted in the days surrounding Christmas and New Year's:
DVC Member Services: Closed starting at 3:00pm on Sunday, December 24, 2023. Member Services will remain closed on December 25, reopening at 9:00am Eastern on Tuesday, December 26.
Member Services will also close at 3:00pm Eastern on Sunday, December 31, remaining closed on January 1, 2024. They will reopen at 9am on Tuesday, January 2.
DVCMember.com website will remain available for room reservations, annual dues payments, point banking and other administrative functions, except during scheduled maintenance periods.
Member Accounting and Member Administration: Closed December 24 - 25 and December 31 - January 1.
Disney Vacation Club owner perks: Although Disney Vacation Club does not provide a concise list of blockout dates, member perks and discounts are often suspended on Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Members are advised to speak with a Cast Member before assuming that dining and merchandise discounts will apply.
Top of the World Lounge: Access to the lounge and its viewing platform are subject to unspecified blockout dates. No specific announcement has been made regarding the 2023 holiday season. However, it would not be surprising if access were limited to guests of Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort on the nights of December 24 - 25. Signage is typically posted in the resort lobby on days when restrictions will be enforced.
Walt Disney World Sorcerer Pass: Admission to the Walt Disney World theme parks is not available from December 20, 2023 through January 3, 2024 for those using the Sorcerer pass.
