Both the Disney Vacation Club members-only website and Member Services will face some disruptions to their normal schedule this week.
On Wednesday, August 16, 2023 reservations for The Villas at Disneyland Hotel and The Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel will be unavailable from 3:00am until 9:00am. Note this outage extends into the normal 7/11 month booking window which typically begins at 8:00am eastern time.
During this period, new reservations and changes to existing reservations at both resorts will be unavailable.
On the same day, Member Services will have modified operating hours to accommodate staff training. Member Services is scheduled to open at 1:00pm on August 16, and remain available until 6:00pm eastern. Normal weekday hours of operation are 9:00am to 9:00pm.
Online reservations, loan payments, annual dues payments and other features will remain available on the members-only website during the Member Services closure.
