Around Christmas and New Year's Disney Vacation Club will have some modifications to its normal policies and operating hours.
Disney's Beach Club Resort
Following is a list of services which may be interrupted in the days surrounding Christmas and New Year's:
DVC Member Services, Member Accounting and Member Administration: Closed starting at 3:00pm on Saturday, December 24, 2022. DVCMember.com website should remain available, except during scheduled maintenance periods. Member Services and Member Administration will reopen at 9:00am Eastern on Monday, December 26; Member Accounting reopens on Tuesday, December 27.
Member Administration and Member Accounting ar closed on Friday, December 31 while Member Services closes at 3:00pm. Member Services and Member Administration will reopen at 9:00am Eastern on Monday, January 2, 2023; Member Accounting reopens on Tuesday, January 3.
Disney Vacation Club owner perks: Although Disney Vacation Club does not provide a concise list of blockout dates, member perks and discounts are often suspended on Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Members are advised to speak with a Cast Member before assuming that dining and merchandise discounts will apply.
Top of the World Lounge - a Villain's Lair: The lounge is listed as being unavailable on December 30 and 31, 2022. During these dates, access is traditionally restricted to guests who are staying at Bay Lake Tower. See a Cast Member for clarification. No blockout dates or schedule adjustments are currently reported in the days surrounding Christmas.
DVC Member Pool Hopping: Member pool hopping has been suspended since March 2020.
Walt Disney World Sorcerer Pass: Admission to the Walt Disney World theme parks is not available through December 31, 2022 for those using the Sorcerer pass.
