Disney Vacation Club Member Services will be unavailable for a single day during the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday.
Thursday, November 25, 2021 is Thanksgiving Day in the United States. On this day, DVC Member Services, Member Administration and Member Accounting departments will all be closed. All departments are scheduled to reopen at 9:00am on Friday, November 26.
During the closure, online services will remain available at DVCMember.com. Features include booking, canceling and modifying reservations, banking points, paying annual dues and more.
In years past, select member perks including pool hopping and access to the Top of the World Lounge were often suspended during busy holiday periods, However, those perks were discontinued in 2020 and have yet to return.
The Disney Sorcerer annual pass--available exclusively to Florida Residents and Disney Vacation Club members--is blocked-out from theme park entry from November 24 - 27.
Select Disney Vacation Club discounts on dining and shopping may be unavailable during holiday periods. Members are welcome inquire with cast members regarding discount availablity before making any purchases.
