Beginning next month, Disney Vacation Club is expanding operating hours of its Member Services division.
Effective Sunday, September 10, 2017, DVC Member Services will extend its operating hours until 9:00pm (Eastern) on weekdays and 7:30pm on weekends. This represents a 90 minute daily increase over the prior closing times of 7:30pm weekdays and 5:30pm weekends.
The revised schedule is as follows:
Monday - Friday: 9:00am to 9:00pm Eastern
Saturday - Sunday: 9:00am to 7:00pm Eastern

Online reservations are available daily beginning at 8:00am Eastern, subject to the 11 month Home resort booking window and 7 months at non-Home destinations.
