Statement from Disney Vacation Club is as follows:
In order to provide you with a smooth booking process, we are updating some sections of the Disney Vacation Club Member website. As a result, you will be unable to access Member Services and Book Online at specific times on specific dates.
Member Services will be unavailable:
December 10, 2013 at 9:00 AM ET to 11:00 AM ET
Book Online will be unavailable:
December 10, 2013 at 2:30 AM ET to 11:00 AM ET
