Disney Vacation Club owners opting-into the higher tier Membership Magic Beyond can now enjoy late night character greets in EPCOT's ImaginAtrium.
In October 2024, Disney Vacation Club announced a new paid tier of its member perks program. For $99 per year, owners would enjoy a slate of unique benefits including one free Memory Maker entitlement, discounted theme park tickets and a 2-for-1 offer on One Time Use points.
Another of the perks features extended hours in the ImaginAtrium lounge located atop EPCOT's Imagination Pavilion. From 6:00 to 9:00pm, the lounge is open only to participants in the Membership Magic Beyond program. The usual range of lounge amenities applies: comfortable seating, free snacks and drinks from the Coca-Cola Freestyle machines and some spectacular views of the theme park.
But also offered during the evening hours is a unique character meet opportunity. Currently making appearances are Nick Wilde and Judy Hopps from the Disney animated film 'Zootopia.' A unique character backdrop is available for getting photos, while the laid back atmosphere is much more conducive to character interaction than the normal Disney queue.
One or both of Nick and Judy may appear on any given night. Visitors are also presented with a keepsake Passport which has autographs from both characters inside. The lounge itself is a bit more festive than in the daytime, thanks to upbeat music and colorful lighting.
This perk is available only to those who enroll in Membership Magic Beyond and their traveling party. Guests must be staying at a Walt Disney World resort and there is a limit of one late night visit to the lounge per DVC trip.
