Member Benefits and Perks

After an extended refurbishment, the members-only lounge has reopened with a new name and color scheme.

The Disney Vacation Club lounge located atop EPCOT's Imagination Pavilion closed at the start of June for what appeared to be a 6 week refurbishment project. However, the closure extended much longer, ostensibly due to necessary repairs on the elevator which services the upper-floor lounge, leaving DVC owners with no private space to unwind in the park.

The lounge is again open, and has been renamed Disney Vacation Club ImaginAtrium - A Member Lounge. As seen in images provided by Disney, the lounge has some changes to its color scheme thanks to new sponsorship from PPG Paints.

The lounge is open to Disney Vacaton Club owners who qualify for Membership Extras, along with their traveling companions. Daily operating hours are 11am to 6pm. The lounge features complimentary soft drinks and snacks, charging stations and wireless Internet service.

Access is available daily, on a first-come, first-served basis. However, DVC recently announced plans for a $99-per-year paid extras program called Membership Magic Beyond which is said to include paid priority access to ImaginAtrium and other DVC lounges, along with an exclusive character greet opportunity.
