Several weeks ago Disney Vacation Club announced an additional Moonlight Magic event for December 2023 at Disney's Animal Kingdom, and registration opens just a few hours from now.
On December 13, 2023, Disney Vacation Club will host its final Moonlight Magic of the year. DVC members with hotel reservations for the night of December 13 can register to attend beginning at 11:00am eastern on Tuesday, November 28, 2023. Members must qualify for Membership Extras in order to attend, as well as having a DVC villa or hotel reservation on the night of the event. Qualifying resorts include all Disney-owned locations at Walt Disney World as well as Disney's Vero Beach Resort.
The site utilizes a virtual queue to manage registrations. Members are advised to arrive in the waiting room prior to the designated start time. At 11:00am, all individuals in the waiting room will be assigned a random queue position. This queue position will determine when the member can register for the event.

Registration is required in order to attend. However, Moonlight Magic events do not typically have sufficient capacity to accommodate all eligible DVC members with a resort reservation. Those who are given the opportunity to register can reserve spots for the number of guests listed on the corresponding resort reservation.
Be prepared with a DVC membership number when registering. The qualifying DVC member must be present during the event, and able to provide both their digital DVC member card and a photo ID.
General registration will be held for members without hotel reservations on December 5, 2023. This is the third Moonlight Magic held this year at Disney's Animal Kingdom. Note that each member may only register for one Moonlight Magic session per theme park in 2023.
DVC has published a schedule of 8 Moonlight Magic events planned for 2024. The first takes place on January 25 at EPCOT. Registration dates have not yet been announced.
