Disney Treasure Member Cruise Set for January 2025

Member Benefits and Perks

Disney Vacation Club members can travel on the third ever sailing of the Disney Treasure in the latest Member-exclusive sailing, with reservations opening October 14, 2023.

Castaway Cay Mt Rustmore

From January 4-11, 2025, the Disney Treasure will sail an Eastern Caribbean itinerary on an exclusive voyage just for DVC owners. This is just the third planned trip for Disney Cruise Line's latest vessel, after two holiday departures on December 21 and December 28, 2024.

The ship departs Port Canaveral on Saturday, January 4 with scheduled stops in Tortola, St Thomas and Castaway Cay before returning to port on January 11. The voyage also includes 3 days at sea.

Booking will take place on Saturday, October 14, 2023 from 10:00am to 6:00pm. Online and in-person reservations are not offered. Expect long wait times as representatives work to place guests in more than 1200 cabins aboard the ship. Members should be prepared with the full name, address, date of birth and contact information for all individuals cruising. Also needed are a DVC member ID, Castaway Club number and any special medical or dietary needs.

Be sure to have multiple cabin classes in mind as options will fill up over the course of the day. It is not uncommon for DVC exclusive cruises to reach full capacity in a single day.

In order to book, members must qualify for Membership Extras which currently requires the purchase of at least 150 points direct from Disney Vacation Club. For this exclusive cruise, at least one passenger must be booked using DVC points. Other passengers may be booked using points or cash. Full payment for any cash guests must be made up front. There is also a one-time $95 transaction fee.

Note that this is not a "S.S. Member Cruise", which typically offers unique stateroom gifts, special guests and other perks. The standard Disney Cruise Line experience should be expected on this Disney Treasure "First Wave" sailing.

Point charts and cash prices are not yet available, and will be released closer to the booking date.

See our prior coverage for some newly-released details on Disney Cruise Line's sixth vessel, which is due to set sail in December 2024.
