Disney Vacation Club members participating in April's Adventures by Disney Rhine River Cruise will take home some elaborate keepsakes after their voyage.
Onboard gifts are a staple of Disney's exclusive cruise line voyages and Adventures by Disney trips. Normally guests do not receive advance notice of what to expect. But in hopes of drumming-up some last minute interest, Disney Vacation Club has revealed some of their plans for the upcoming European trip.
According to a post on the Disney Parks Blog, participants in the Rhine River Cruise can expect the following as part of their trip:
- Custom travel bag
- German Rudesheim Pottery
- Slate cheese board with knives crafted in French style
- Gourmet delicacies including spicy French mustard and sweet Dutch Stroopwafels
- "Beauty and the Beast" artwork on ceramic tile, to be shipped to participants' homes after cruise
Additionally, it has been revealed that the cruise's special "insider host" will be Becky Cline, Director of the Walt Disney Archives.
