The 2016 edition of Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party is now under way. In recent months, Walt Disney World has revised its guest costume guidelines, and they recently issued a reminder for those attending any of the after-hours events.

In the 2:43 YouTube video displayed below, Disney summarizes the current costume guidelines for both Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party and runDisney events.
To summarize, costumes must be in good taste, family-friendly and not hamper the experinece of other guests. Children age 13 and under are permitted some masks as long as it does not cover the entire face and the eyes are visible. Those age 14 and over may not wear masks, capes must hang no lower than the waist and dresses cannot drag on the ground.
