Disney Vacation Club has revealed the dates, itinerary and other details regarding the 2017 member exclusive Disney Cruise Line voyage.

The 2017 member sailing will be a 7-day cruise to the eastern Caribbean aboard the Disney Fantasy, departing on August 26. This departure date matches speculation dating back to April when the summer and fall DCL itineraries were published.
The Eastern Caribbean itinerary is a first for the DVC member cruise. The voyage includes visits to Disney's Castaway Cay along with Tortola, British Virgin Islands, and St. Thomas/St. John, US Virgin Islands. The complete itinerary is as follows:
- Saturday, August 26, 2017: Depart from Port Canaveral, Florida
- Sunday, August 27, 2017: Enjoy an action-packed day at sea filled with special experiences created with Members in mind
- Monday, August 28, 2017: Discover even more onboard fun with another day at sea
- Tuesday, August 29, 2017: Explore Tortola in the British Virgin Islands
- Wednesday, August 30, 2017: Kick back in the U.S. Virgin Islands, as you will have the opportunity to visit St. Thomas and St. John
- Thursday, August 31, 2017: Soak up all there is to see and do on your cruise ship on your last day at sea
- Friday, September 1, 2017: Make the most of your visit to Disney Castaway Cay
- Saturday, September 2, 2017: Arrive back to Port Canaveral, Florida
Rates for the cruise begin at 290 Disney Vacation Club points or $2,161 cash, per person, based upon double occupancy. A $95 transaction fee will apply if any changes are made to the reservation after the initial booking. Only points purchased direct from DVC--or resale prior to March 21, 2011--can be used for the cruise.

Reservations for the 2017 member cruise will begin at 9:00am eastern on Sunday, August 28, 2016. From 9am to 3pm on this date, DVC Member Services will be exclusively handling calls related to the member cruise. Stateroom categories are available on a first-come, first-served basis with limited inventory at certain levels. Callers are asked to be prepared with their first, second and third choice of cabin options along with the DVC Member ID, Castaway Club ID and any special dietary or medical needs. Name, address, date of birth and telephone number is also required for all persons who will be traveling.
The 2016 Member Cruise is scheduled to depart New York City on September 28 bound for Halifax, Nova Scotia.
