The member-exclusive Thanksgiving Day feast returns for a second year with new features and an adjusted price point.
Disney Vacation Club began its string of exclusive holiday dining events with a 2014 Thanksgiving Feast at Disney's Contemporary Resort. The event allowed DVC owners to mix and mingle while enjoying holiday-appropriate cuisine and Disney character meet-and-greets. However the price point of $89.95 per adult and $49.95 per child (including tax and gratuity) was a turn-off to many members, limiting its appeal.
The event will return for 2015 with new features and some adjustments to the pricing.
The Disney Vacation Club Thanksgiving Feast will be held on Thursday, November 26, 2015 from 3:00 - 5:00pm in the Fantasia Ballroom at Disney's Contemporary Resort. The menu for the event features the following:
- Fresh Garden Greens, Cucumber, and Tomato Served with Herb Vinaigrette and Ranch Dressing
- Spinach Apple Walnut Salad with Honey Vinaigrette
- Roasted Buttered Corn
- Green Bean Casserole
- Mashed Potatoes
- Sweet Potatoe Puree
- Mac & Cheese
- Traditional Bread Dressing
- Mama's Pot Roast with Pan Gravy
- Carved Maple Glazed Turkey with Thyme Jus
A cash bar will be available for guests age 21 and over.
The event also features live entertainment, unspecified activities and Disney characters dressed in colonial attire. Every family will receive a complimentary photo with the characters.
Published prices are $68.80 per adult (age 10+) and $30.50. These rates do not include tax or gratuity. Taking into account expected tax and tip rates, the 2015 prices represent a modest reduction on the 2014 adult rate of $89.95 and about $10 less than the previous child rate of $49.95, both of which included tax and tip.

Full payment is due at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance in order to receive a ful refund. Disney Dining Plan credits may not be used and no discounts apply to this event. A Disney Vacation Club member ID must be presented at check-in.
