Disney will no longer be including the Disney Vacation Club baubles along with MagicBand shipments sent to owners.

Disney has ended its distribution of the DVC MagicSlider accessories for the Walt Disney World wristbands. According to correspondance issued by Disney Vacation Club Member Services the sliders were "a limited-time offer and are no longer available."
The sliders first appeared in spring 2014, included in MagicBand shipments for all Walt Disney World reservations booked using DVC points. The sliders were never intended to be used as Disney Vacation Club identification--owners were still required to produce their DVC member ID card in order to take advantage of any perks or benefits.
No word on whether Disney has plans to introduce a different member exclusive. In recent months, Disney has created a wide variety of unique MagicBand designs with character-specific artwork or links to special events like Star Wars Weekends.
Members hoping to secure DVC MagicSliders should inquire about availability at their resort front desk. Resorts typically have sliders available for members who are not eligible to pre-order their MagicBands, however supplies may now be limited.
