COMPLIMENTARY ADMISSION TO THE CHILDREN'S MIRACLE NETWORK CLASSIC

The Children's Miracle Network Classic

Disney Vacation Members receive free admission to the Children's Miracle Network Classic.

Starting November 12, 2009, the annual PGA Tour event called The Children's Miracle Network Classic returns for its 39th year to Disney's Palm and Disney's Magnolia Golf Courses at Walt Disney World® Resort.

The Children's Miracle Network tournament is the conclusion of the 2009 PGA Tour season for players. It is also one of only three PGA Tour events that has a Pro-Am feature, where amateurs and professionals play together through the first 36 holes.

Tournament Champions

Past tournament champions include Jack Nicklaus, Tiger Woods, Hal Sutton, Vijay Singh and most recently Davis Love III.

But there are many winners: Net proceeds from the sale of general admission tickets directly benefit both the Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children and Shands Children's Hospital at University of Florida — Central Florida's Children's Miracle Network hospitals.

Wine & Dine Walk

For the first time in tournament history, Walt Disney World Resort hotel chefs and the Children's Miracle Network Classic are joining forces to produce the Wine & Dine Walk.

Along the back nine holes of Disney's Magnolia Golf Course, from Nov. 13 – 15, five stations are placed in a progressive pattern to allow spectators to watch golfers tee off and enjoy some delectable food and drink.

The food and wine stations accept cash or Disney Gift Cards. Be sure to pick up a Disney Gift Card as you enter the tournament — either at will call or any merchandise location. All of the food and wine will range in price from $3.25 to $7.50.

Kodak Challenge Finale

This year will also be the inaugural Kodak Challenge Finale at the Children's Miracle Network Classic. All year long PGA Tour players have had the opportunity to compete to win the Kodak Challenge by playing on at least 18 of the 30 holes that were selected by Kodak. The player with the lowest cumulative score in relation to par will win the Challenge.

The 30th hole, the final hole to be played in the Challenge — and the hole which will determine the $1 million winner — is the 17th hole at Disney's Magnolia Golf Course. There's sure to be lots of excitement on Sunday, November 15, as well as throughout the entire event. Don't miss out!
