Market Metrix has released the results of its quarterly hotel customer satisfaction ratings for the year ending 2008. For the third consecutive year Disney Vacation Club tops the list in the Timeshare Accommodations category.
Disney Vacation Club finished the year with a cumulative 91.0 satisfaction rating. This represents a slight improvement over the cumulative third quarter 2008 rating of 90.6 and further increase over the 90.3 rating from the year ending 90.3. These increases come despite an overall decrease of -.02 throughout the timeshare industry.
Second place within the timeshare category for 2008 went to Marriott Vacation Club with an 87.8 satisfaction rating.
