In observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, all Disney Vacation Club departments will be closed for one day in January.
On Monday, January 15, 2024, DVC Member Services, Member Accounting and Member Administration will be closed. During the closure, most account features are available via the DVC members-only website. Owners can use the site to add, change and cancel reservations using their DVC points, bank points, make payments for Annual Dues and more.
All offices will reopen on Tuesday, January 16 at 9:00am Eastern.
