Disney Vacation Club owners can claim their holiday MagicBand sliders during a Disney Cruise Line voyage, while both current and new owners receive a special gift with a points purchase.
Owners can currently inquire about the popular MagicBand sliders from DVC sales kiosks at the Disney resorts and theme parks. But those who do not have theme park plans in the coming weeks can also claim them during an upcoming Disney cruise. The sliders are one of the daily gifts offered to members during any Disney Cruise Line voyage. Members are encouraged to stop by the DVC sales desk on the ship to claim a variety of daily gifts which often includes things like tote bags, lanyards and lip balm.
Members can also attend a special gathering during the cruise which typically features free cocktails, a chance at some larger prizes and an appearance by a Disney character like Pluto.
Currently, individuals who purchase points during a Disney cruise will receive the special Disney Vacation Club canvas tote bag pictured above. Point purchases also qualify for current DVC sales incentives including the $1000 Welcome Home offer and the added $1000 incentive for 150 points at Disney's Riviera Resort.
