Disney Vacation Club members who will be in Florida in early December can now register to attend the annual condo meeting at Disney's Contemporary Resort.
On Thursday, December 7, 2023, Disney Vacation Club leaders will host the annual Condo Association Meeting. The meeting is set to take place at the Contemporary's convention center. The DVC Board of Directors will be present to formally address a number of club housekeeing items including adoption of Annual Dues for the 2024 calendar year.
All Disney Vacation Club owners are invited to attend, regardless of their Home resort, size or method of purchase. While much of the presentation is scripted, there is typically a brief Q&A session along with a post-meeting reception where members can speak to executives one-on-one. Light refreshments and Disney character photo opportunities are usually featured during the reception.
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 2:00pm and typically lasts for about an hour. See our recap of the 2022 Condo Meeting for an overview of the session.
In order to attend, members must RSVP via the DVC members-only website. To find the link, click on "My DVC" then "Condo Association News" and look for the passage regarding the 2023 Annual Meetings. Members will be required to enter their ID number, personal information, party size and a few other details.
Owners of The Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel and The Villas at Disneyland Hotel can attend a remote teleconference from Disneyland Hotel. No public live stream is provided.
