Disney Vacation Club used the end of 2022 to take care of some housekeeing leading into the new year.
Sixteen of DVC's Public Offering Statements have been revised with changes for 2023. This includes the master Multi-Site POS as well as individual documents for the fifteen unique Disney Vacation Club properties.
Changes to most of the documents are mostly routine. Individual resorts documents have been updated with Annual Dues estimates for the 2023 calendar year. Text has been revised to include references to Villas at Disneyland Hotel which is scheduled to open in fall 2023. There is also new contact information for any notice of cancellation from a new purchaser.
The multi-site POS and individual documents for Disney's Riviera Resort and Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa were updated to include new counts for the number of vacation homes declared into the condominium, as well as the number of owners of each resort.
