On Monday November 9, 2009 the general public will be eligible to begin booking 2011 voyages on the brand new Disney Dream cruise ship. In preparation, Disney Vacation Club has published Points Charts for several of the Disney Dream itineraries and will alter Member Services operating hours on the morning of 11/9.

Platinum and Gold Castaway Club members are eligible to book these itineraries now, while reservations will open to Silver Castaway Club members and the general public at 8am on November 9, 2009. Disney Vacation Club Member Services will open one hour early on this day to accommodate Disney Cruise Line bookings. Details follow:
Member Services adjusts operating hours to book Disney Cruise Line reservations
To accommodate Members who wish to book a 2011 Disney Cruise Line voyage on the Disney Dream, Member Services will be adjusting their operating hours to open at 8 am on Monday, November 9, one hour earlier than regular operating hours. During this additional hour, Member Services will only be booking reservations for the Disney Dream. In addition, Member Services will open at 8 am on Wednesday, November 11 to book holiday cruise itineraries on the Disney Magic, Disney Wonder, and Disney Dream. During this additional hour, Member Services will only be booking Disney Cruise Line reservations. For all other transactions, Members can call Member Services during our standard operating hours of 9 am to 5:30 pm EST, Sunday through Saturday.
