Disney Vacation Club has introduced some attractive new incentives for points at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas, with pricing as low as $165 each for a 200-point add-on.
For a limited time, new developer incentives offer steep reductions to the standard rate of $210 per point for ownership at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas. The starting price of $196 per point is currently lower than all three resorts currently in active sales, a list which includes Disney's Riviera Resort, Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas.
At 200 points the rate drops to $183, a rate that is a full $22 per point cheaper than Grand Floridian and $26 less than Riviera.

Current owners make out even better with add-on rates of $198 each for 100 points, $191 for 150 points and a staggering $165 each for an add-on of 200 or more points.

Lower direct prices for Animal Kingdom points have not been seen since 2016. The incentives come as Disney Vacation Club has struggled with direct sales throughout early 2023. Higher prices plus moderate incentives have seemingly contributed to the lukewarm response from buyers.
Recently DVC introduced a free luggage incentive for current owners, as well as a Chase Disney Visa promotion to further reduce the cost of ownership. However, both of these offers explicitly state that they are available only at Riviera, Grand Floridian and Aulani. Buyers can inquire about the possibility of stacking with this Animal Kingdom offer, however the resort may prove to be ineligible.
Ownership at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas runs through January 31, 2057. Villas are spread between the original Jambo House building and the newer Kidani Village, with all owners having equal booking rights to both sites. The presence of low-priced Value rooms and a limited number of Club level villas at Jambo House boosted its popularity, however those rooms have proven difficult to reserve due to strong competition among owners. Both buildings also have a healthy supply of Standard and guaranteed Savanna view rooms.
