All three resorts being actively marketed by Disney Vacation Club will soon sport identical prices.
On February 9, 2015, the direct purchase price for points at Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas will increase by $5 to $165 per point. Disney previously revealed that points at Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows will also increase to $165 on this date as its sales open to the general public.
All three properties currently being actively marketed by Disney Vacation Development — Aulani, Polyneisan Villas and Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa — will then be priced the same at $165 per point.
Also ending on that date are the current purchase incentives for new buyers and owners adding-on at Aulani. Now through February 8, 2015, by adding a minimum number of points at Aulani, buyers receive extra Vacation Club points for the life of their membership. Please check our Current DVC Pricing & Promotions page for details about the latest special offer for Aulani.
After February 8, it is expected that some new promotional incentive will be introduced for Aulani, replacing the "free points" offer. However, we do not anticipate any immediate price reductions or incentives for the Grand Floridian or Polynesian Villas.
