While announcing the new "free points" incentive, Disney Vacation Club revealed that the base price for Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas will increase in April.
Currently going for $125 per point, ownership at Animal Kingdom Villas will rise to $130 per point on April 24, 2012. This will be the second price hike of 2012 for the resort--on January 17 rates went from $120 to $125 per point.
DVC is also actively marketing ownership at Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas in Hawai'i. Aulani points are priced at $135 each with no announcement of a pending increase.
